Gerber files layouts have been made Nordic VLSI's nRF402 Single Chip 433MHz Transmitter [1]. Three different loop antennas 433MHz have also been made available. Gerber files each layout compressed into archive format. archive files includes file named readme.wri that must read before importing Gerber files into editor. described layouts should fabricated standard 1.6mm double-sided printed circuit board.

layouts include necessary circuitry design radio frequency part short range communication system based nRF402. transmitter data control lines DIN, PWR_UP available perimeter layout should connected digital part customer's application. also available perimeter layout. part application circuit should filtered separately from supply voltages digital circuitry. Star routing strictly recommended from supply source digital other parts application circuit. layouts presented below equal except antenna connection circuitry. Solutions differential connection loop antenna single ended connection antenna presented. 2.1. Differential connection loop antenna Figure shows schematics layout with differential connection loop antenna. layout shown Figure loop antenna layouts described chapter easily placed together with this layout. connection points numbered loop antenna layouts should connected exactly corresponding connection points numbered layout. loop antenna practical reasons connected further away from nRF402, connection symmetrical length tracks must exceed about 6cm. Loop antenna layouts
loop antenna with T-match good solution cost small size radio modules. Three different layout solutions small rectangular loop antennas described below. Figure shows geometry designed rectangular loop antennas.
