Gerber files layouts have been made Nordic VLSI's nRF0433 Single Chip 433MHz Transceiver [1]. Three different loop antennas 433MHz have also been made available. Gerber files each layout compressed into archive format. archive files includes file named readme.wri that must read before importing Gerber files into editor. described layouts should fabricated standard 1.6mm double-sided printed circuit board.

layouts include necessary circuitry design radio frequency part short range communication system based nRF0433. transceiver data control lines DIN, DOUT TXEN available perimeter layout should connected digital part customer's application. also available perimeter layout. part application circuit should filtered separately from supply voltages digital circuitry. Star routing strictly recommended from supply source digital other parts application circuit. layouts presented below equal except antenna connection circuitry. Solutions differential connection loop antenna single ended connection antenna presented. 2.1. Loop antenna layouts

Each antenna tuned resonance frequency 434MHz with chip capacitors designed loop antennas, these capacitors should have tolerances better then resistor controls Q-value antenna. loop antennas tuned approximately with T-match. width loop conductor loop antennas 1mm. There ground plane beneath antennas. Table shows summary designed loop antennas.

Initial communication range tests should carried with combination smallest antennas that, based estimations, satisfies range requirements. achieved communication range does satisfy requirements, both antennas communication link should exchanged with larger antenna.
