Product Description
General series EDFA products been specially designed optical transmission systems metro networks booster, inline, preamplifier. sophisticated internal electronic control system maintains performance module, provides monitoring information, enables module specific operational states, incorporates series alarm signals associated with range potential system faults. Optical This module based EDFA that pumped with pump lasers. Input output ports optically isolated maintain stable operation amplifier. optical splitter output port taps small amount light onto photodiodes enable optical power monitoring. Operation mode (Automatic Current Control) default (Automatic Power Control) optional (Automatic Gain Control) performance monitoring Electrical Electrical connection through standard DB25 male connector. Control System Internal electronic circuits provide pump lasers with electrical transient protected power supply temperature control. microprocessor monitors controls module provides external RS232 serial interface. series digital outputs provides alarms that indicate range module system faults.
