GENERAL DESCRIPTION SHA1144 fast sample-hold amplifier module with accuracy dynamic performance appropriate applications with fast 14-bit converters. "sample" mode, acts fast amplifier, tracking input signal. When switched "hold" mode, output held level corresponding input signal voltage instant switching. droop rate "hold" appropriate allow accurate conversion 14-bit converters having conversion times 150µs. DYNAMIC PERFORMANCE SHA1144 designed compatible with fast 14-bit converters such ADC1130 ADC1131 series, which convert bits 25µs 12µs, respectively. Maximum acquisition time SHA1144 permits high sampling rates 14-bit conversions. SHA1144 guaranteed have maximum gain nonlinearity ±0.001% full scale insure accuracy 14bit systems. When "hold" mode, droop rate 1µV/µS, SHA1144 will hold input signal +0.003% full scale (20V p-p) over 600µS. PRINCIPLE OPERATION SHA1144 consists basically high speed operational amplifiers, storage capacitor, digitally controlled switch. differs from typical sample-and-hold modules important respect; application versatility. user completes SHA1144 feedback circuit external module. Therefore, module used inverting noninverting configurations easily arranged provide circuit gain more than unity simplify signal conditioning subsystem.
