GENERAL DESCRIPTION ADC11130 ADCI high speed analog-to-digital converters packaged small 0.4" 10mm) module, which perform complete 14-bit conversions 25µs 12µs respectively. Using successive approximations technique, they convert analog input voltages into natural binary, offset binary, two's complement coded outputs. Data outputs provided both parallel non-return-to-zero serial form. Four analog input ranges available: +20V, +10V, ±10V, ±5V. user selects desired range making appropriate connections module terminals. ADC1130 ADC1131 also connected perform conversions less than resolution with proportionate decrease conversion time.
