DESCRIPTION
AIC1117 dropout three terminal regulator with 800mA output current capability. output voltage adjustable with resistor divider. fixed output voltage versions, output voltage internally 2.85V, 3.3V Dropout guaranteed maximum 1.3V maximum output current. dropout voltage fast transient response make ideal voltage microprocessor applications. Internal current thermal limiting provides protection against overload condition that would create excessive junction temperatures.
Dropout Voltage 1.2V 800mA Output Current. Fast Transient Response. Line Regulation typically 0.015%. Load Regulation typically 0.1%. Internal Thermal Current Limiting. Adjustable Output Voltage Fixed 2.85V, 3.3V, Standard 3-Pin Power Packages.
