DESCRIPTION
AIC1085 dropout three terminal regulator with output current capability. output voltage adjustable with resistor divider fixed 1.5V, 1.8V, 3.3V. Dropout guaranteed maximum 1.4V maximum output current. dropout voltage fast transient response make ideal voltage microprocessor applications. Internal current thermal limiting provides protection against overload condition that would create excessive junction temperatures.
Dropout Voltage 1.3V Output Current. Fast Transient Response. Extremely Tight Line Load Regulation. Internal Thermal Current Limiting. Adjustable Output Voltage Fixed 1.5V, 1.8V, 3.3V. Standard 3-Pin Power Packages.
