LTC1350 3-driver/5-receiver EIA/TIA-562 transceiver with very supply current. load condition, supply current only 300µA. charge pump only requires four 0.1µF capacitors. Shutdown mode, receivers kept alive supply current only 35µA. RS232 outputs assume high impedance state Shutdown with power off. LTC1350 fully compliant with data rate overvoltage EIA/TIA-562 specifications. transceiver operate 120kbaud with 1000pF load. Both driver outputs receiver inputs forced ±25V without damage survive multiple ±10kV strikes.
