Description: NTE1952 positive voltage regulator features ability source output current with dropout voltage typically 0.5V maximum over entire temperature range. Furthermore, quiescent current reduction circuit been included which reduces ground current when differential between input voltage output voltage exceeds approximately quiescent current with output current input-output differential therefore only 30mA.
