Creating SPICE model from ground-up simulation esoteric often time consuming. National Semiconductor Corporation OrCAD Capture library (nationalhighspeed.olb) PSPICE (nationalhighspeed.lib) model library industry-leading VIP10process high-speed operational amplifiers. These libraries contain behavior models series high-speed operational amplifiers schematic symbols amp. These libraries available download from amplifiers.national.com. Libraries created from OrCAD PSPICE version have been verified match performance datasheet. VIP10 high-speed, dielectricallyisolated, complementary bipolar process that utilizes deep trench technology bonded wafer complete dielectric isolation optimal high-speed amplifier performance. Trench technology with bonded wafers helps minimize parasitic capacitance optimal power-to-bandwidth performance, lower distortion decreased size. When doing simulation, path nationalhighspeed.lib needs added under either "Include Files" option "Libraries" option "Simulation Profile".
