GENERAL DESCRIPTION
SiliconTech SL286411-90GA4(R/S/V)B bits flash memory module. module consists four bits CMOS flash memory 40-pin TSOP packages mounted an168-pin glass epoxy substrate. Decoupling capacitors 0.1µF mounted flash memory. module 168-pin flash memory module with maximum access time 90ns 3.3V only power supply. module available with gold edge connectors. Option provides power reset through power supervisor circuit; option provides system control power reset connecting reset signals and, option provides power reset. module intended mounting into 168-pin edge connector sockets uses standard programming algorithms Am29LV160BB flash memory components.
