Data Sheet 3-TERMINAL ADJUSTABLE VOLTAGE REGULATOR General Description
AZ317 adjustable three-terminal positive voltage regulator with very dropout 1.2V output current. Using external resistors, AZ317 provide adjustable output voltage down 1.25V. AZ317 includes circuit trimmed bandgap reference assure output voltage accuracy within also provides current limiting thermal shutdown. current limit trimmed ensure specified output current controlled short-circuit current. On-chip thermal limiting provides protection against combination overload ambient temperature that would create excessive junction temperature. AZ317 available standard SOT-223, TO220, TO-252 TO-263 power packages.
