Product Description
ANADIGICS AMT8650 cost optical receiver capable operation 10Gb/s. high performance photodiode noise, high gain transimpedance pre-amplifier (TIA) incorporated hermetic, high speed header. bandwidth 8.5Ghz dynamic range over 22dB. High gain eliminates need separate post amplifier most applications. These devices readily designed into receivers, transceivers transponders SONET OC192/SDH STM-64 Gigabit Ethernet.
