General Description
APW7035 integrates controller linear controller well monitoring protection functions into single package which provides controlled power outputs with over-voltage overcurrent protections. controller regulates reference voltage (1.25V) Voltage (2.05V) with synchronous-rectified buck converter. linear controller regulates power Memory Voltage. precision reference voltage-mode control provide static regulation. linear controller drives external N-channel MOSFET provide adjustable voltage. APW7035 monitors output voltages single Power Good signal issued when Voltage within ±10% setting Linear regulator output levels above their undervoltage thresholds. Additional built-in over-voltage protection output uses lower MOSFET prevent output voltages above 115% setting. over-current function monitors output current using voltage drop across upper MOSFET's RDS(ON) eliminating need current sensing resistor. APW7035A/B/C/D support 3-input Digital Analog converter that adjusts synchronousrectified buck converter output from 1.00V 3.20V reference Table1.
