General Description
APW7026 Provides power control protection three output voltages Card applications. integrates controllers, linear controller well monitoring protection functions into single package. controller (PWM1) regulates termination voltage VTT(1.25V) with synchronous-rectified buck converter. second controller (PWM2) supplies Core power NVVDD 2.05V with standard buck converter linear controller regulates 2.5V power FBVDDQ. APW7026 monitor output voltages (VTT ,NVVDD,FBVDDQ) single power good signal issued when within reference voltage (VREF1) other levels above lower power good threshold voltage. Additional built-in overvoltage protection (OVP) will started when output above 118% VREF1.The function will shutdown upper MOSFET turn lower MOSFET until over-voltage disappeared. controllers over-current function monitors output current sensing voltage drop across upper MOSFET rDS(ON), eliminating need current sensing resistor.
