Description
LM111, LM211, LM311 voltage comparators that have input currents. They also designed operate over wide range supply voltages: from standard ±15V operational amplifier supplies down single supply used logic. Their output compatible with RTL-DTL well circuits switch voltages +50V output currents high 50mA.
