Connecting User System Interface Cable Emulator Station
WARNING
Observe precautions listed below. Failure will result FIRE HAZARD will damage user system emulator product will result PERSONAL INJURY. USER PROGRAM will LOST. Always switch user system emulator product before USER SYSTEM INTERFACE CABLE connected removed from part. Before connecting, make sure that both sides correctly aligned. user system interface cable dedicated emulator must used.
connect cable body emulator station, follow instructions below. Make sure user system emulator station turned off.
CAUTION
When connecting removing user system interface cable, apply force only direction suitable connection removal, while making sure bend twist cable connectors. Otherwise, connectors will damaged. user system interface cable must connected H8/300L Series E6000 emulator through H8/3937 Series expansion board. connect user system interface cable directly E6000 emulator.
After making sure direction expansion board connector labeled E6000 EMULATOR correct, firmly insert expansion board connector into emulator station connector ([1] figure Connect expansion board labeled USER INTERFACE CABLE user system interface cable body.

WARNING
Always switch user system emulator product before USER SYSTEM INTERFACE CABLE connected removed from part. Before connecting, make sure that both sides correctly aligned. Failure will result FIRE HAZARD will damage user system expansion board will result PERSONAL INJURY. USER PROGRAM will LOST.
connect cable head user system, follow instructions below. 2.2.1 Installing Socket
After checking location socket, apply epoxy resin adhesive bottom socket TFP-100B package, fasten user system before soldering. 2.2.2 Soldering Socket
After fastening, solder socket TFP-100B package user system. sure completely solder leads that solder slops gently over leads forms solder fillets. (Use slightly more solder than MCU.)

Inserting Cable Head
CAUTION
Check location before inserting.
Align socket TFP-100B package user system with user system interface cable head, insert user system interface cable head into socket user system, shown figure 2.2.4 Fastening Cable Head
CAUTION
Philips-type screwdriver whose head matches screw head. tightening torque must 0.054 less. applied torque cannot accurately measured, stop tightening when force required turn screw becomes significantly greater than that needed when first tightening. screw tightened much, screw head break socket contact error caused crack socket solder. emulator does operate correctly, cracks might have occurred solder. Check conduction with tester re-solder socket necessary.
Fasten user system interface cable head socket TFP-100B package user system with four screws (M2.6 with flat washers) provided. Each screw should tightened little time, alternating between screws opposing corners. Take special care, such manually securing socket soldered area, prevent soldered socket from being damaged overtightening screws twisting components.
