Connecting User System Interface Cable Expansion Board

CAUTION

After checking location socket, apply epoxy resin adhesive bottom socket TFP-144 package, fasten user system before soldering. 2.2.2 Soldering Socket
After fastening, solder socket TFP-144 package user system. sure completely solder leads that solder slops gently over leads forms solder fillets. (Use slightly more solder than MCU.)

Inserting Cable Head
CAUTION
Check location before inserting.
Align socket TFP-144 package user system with user system interface cable head, insert user system interface cable head into socket user system, shown figure 2.2.4 Fastening Cable Head
CAUTION
screwdriver whose head matches screw head. tightening torque must 0.054 less. applied torque cannot accurately measured, stop tightening when force required turn screw becomes significantly greater than that needed when first tightening. screw tightened much, screw head break socket contact error caused crack socket solder. emulator does operate correctly, cracks might have occurred solder. Check conduction with tester re-solder socket necessary.
Fasten user system interface cable head socket TFP-144 package user system with four screws (M2.0 provided. Each screw should tightened little time, alternating between screws opposing corners. Take special care, such manually securing socket soldered area, prevent soldered socket from being damaged overtightening screws twisting components.

When using H8/300L series E6000 emulator (HS3L08EPI60H), turn emulator according procedures described H8/300, 300L series E6000 Emulator User's Manual (HS3008EPI60HE).
