General Description
AS1320 high-efficiency step-up DC-DC converter designed generate fixed voltage +3.3V. AS1320 achieves efficiency 90%. minimum input voltage 1.5V, output voltage fixed 3.3V, output current 200mA 2V). order save power AS1320 features shutdown mode, where draws less than 1µA. shutdown mode battery connected directly output enabling supply real-time-clocks.
