PLL502-05 cost, high performance phase noise VCXO, providing less than -135dBc offset 12MHz 25MHz operating range. very jitter (2.2ps period jitter) makes this chip ideal applications requiring voltage controlled frequency sources. Input crystal range from 25MHz (fundamental resonant mode).
