GENERAL DESCRIPTION
AAT1107 provides integrated two-channel pulse-width-modulation (PWM) solution power supply DC-DC system. This device offers system engineers flexibility tailor-make power supply circuitry specific applications. Each channel contains error amplifier, comparator, dead-time control (DTC) output driver. channels share common features under-voltage protection, oscillator, short circuit protection voltage reference circuit. dead-time control inputs assigned channel (CH1) channel (CH2) individually, dead-time control inputs used control on/off operation. AAT1107 contains step-up (boost) circuit inverting (buck_boost) circuit CH1. addition, provide 100% dead-time through resistive divider network soft-start implemented paralleling resistor with capacitor. Maximum output current regulator enlarged connecting nMOSFET bipolar) source follower stage OUT3 pin.
