Each channel contains error amplifier, comparator, dead-time control (DTC), output driver. under-voltage protection, oscillator, short circuit protection (SCP) voltage reference circuit common features channels. AAT1105A contains step-up (boost) circuit channel (CH2) inverting (buck_boost) circuit channel (CH1). Dead-time control provide 100% dead-time through resistive divider network. Soft-start implemented paralleling resistor with capacitor. dead-time control inputs assigned individually, dead-time control inputs used control operation. compact design optimized external parts AAT1105A offers simple effective solution.
