General Description
AAT1101 series provide integrated triple-channel pulse width modulation (PWM) solution power supply displays. These devices offer system engineers flexibility tailor-make power supply circuitry specific applications. Each channel contains error amplifier, comparator, dead-time control (DTC) output driver. under-voltage protection, over voltage protection, power sequence control, shutdown control circuit, oscillator, short circuit protection, voltage reference circuits common features three channels. AAT1101 series contain exclusive boost circuits CH1, exclusive buck_boost circuit CH2. AAT1101's Power sequence initiates then finally CH3. AAT1101A/C's Power sequence acts order CH2, CH3, then CH1. AAT1101B's Power sequence starts completion from CH2, CH1, then CH3.

Furthermore, these devices operate with supply voltage ranging from 2.5V 6.5V function efficiently environment with power supply. With minimum number external components, AAT1101 series offer simple cost effective solution LCD.
