General Description
AAT1011 3-channel power supply supervisor with protection. provides Over Voltage Protection (OVP), Under Voltage Protection (UVP), Power Good Indicator monitor control output switching power supply system. Remote function from external signal, i.e., On/Off Control ONCTL also implemented. Over voltage fault protection under voltage fault protection directly triggered without external voltage divider. With minimum number external components, AAT1011 offers simple cost effective solution. Meanwhile, greatly reduce board space power supply system.

AAT1011A
(Fault Protection Output) NORMAL="LOW", FAULT="HIGH" indicates fault condition either Over Voltage Under Voltage. When fault state occurs, latched high combined with output. (Power Good Output) NORMAL="HIGH", FAULT="LOW". Power Good signal will issued with delay after 3.3V, ready. Power Good Output should before output voltage regulation turn-off. monitors 3.3V, (via pin) monitors 3.3V levels determined internal voltage dividers. typical values 3.9V, 6.1V, 13.8V 2.83V, 4.3V UVP, respectively.
ONCTL (On/Off Control) On/Off Control used reset latched state externally control switching power supply system with de-bounce time. AAT1011 offers delay time after de-bounce trigger when ONCTL switches from high
