M/A-COM's MA4EX600L-1225T silicon monolithic double balanced mixer cost miniature surface mount SOT-25 package. uses M/A-COM's unique HMIC silicon/glass process realize loss passive elements while retaining advantages barrier silicon Schottky diodes.
Applications
These mixers well suited high volume WLAN applications where small size repeatability required. Typical applications include frequency conversion, modulation, demodulation wireless receivers transmitters.
