TSL260, TSL261, TSL262 light-to-voltage optical sensors each combining photodiode transimpedance amplifier (feedback resistor respectively) single monolithic integrated circuit. output voltage directly proportional infrared light intensity (irradiance) photodiode. TSL260, TSL261, TSL262 utilize Texas Instruments silicon-gate LinCMOStechnology, which provides good amplifier offset-voltage stability power consumption.
