Precision, Low-Power, Low-Dropout, SOT23-3 Voltage References
MAX6045/MAX6050 precision, low-dropout, micropower voltage references available miniature SOT23-3 surface-mount packages. They feature proprietary curvature-correction circuit laser-trimmed thin-film resistors that result temperature coefficient <15ppm/°C initial accuracy better than 0.2%. These devices specified over extended temperature range. These series-mode voltage references draw only 27µA quiescent supply current sink source 500µA load current. Unlike conventional shuntmode (two-terminal) references that waste supply current require external resistor, devices MAX6012 family offer supply current that's virtually independent supply voltage (with only 0.8µA/V variation with supply voltage) require external resistor. Additionally, these internally compensated devices require external compensation capacitor stable with 2.2nF load capacitance. Eliminating external compensation capacitor saves valuable board area space-critical applications. Detailed Description

These devices sink source 500µA with <200mV dropout voltage, making them attractive low-voltage applications.
