HT163A matrix controller driver which power consumption fabricated CMOS technology. operate with either 4-bit 8-bit microprocessor (MPU) high speed clock rating. HT163A driver consists common signal drivers segment signal drivers which extend display size cascading segment driver HT1608, HT1602 HT1602L. maximum display size either characters 1-line display characters 2-line display.
