TC7MET139AFK advanced high speed CMOS line decoder/demultiplexer fabricated with silicon gate C2MOS technology. achieves high speed operation similar equivalent bipolar schottky while maintaining CMOS power dissipation. active enable input used gating used data input demultiplexing applications. This device used level converter interfacing Weight: 0.02 (typ.) system. Input protection output circuit ensure that applied input output pins without regard supply voltage.
