S-8355/56/57/58 Series
S-8355/56/57/58 Series CMOS step-up switching regulator which mainly consists reference voltage source, oscillation circuit, error amplifier, phase compensation circuit, control circuit (S-8355/57) PWM/PFM switching control circuit (S-8356/58). With external low-on-resistance Power MOS, this product ideal applications requiring high efficiency high output current. S-8355/57 Series realizes ripple, high efficiency, excellent transient characteristics control circuit whose duty ratio varied from (from kHz, kHz, models), excellently designed error amplifier phase compensation circuit. S-8356/58 Series operation switched under light load control circuit with duty ratio PWM/PFM switching control circuit prevent decline efficiency operating current.
