LINE UNIDIRECTIONAL TVSarray
DESCRIPTION This line unidirectional array designed applications where protection required board level from voltage transients caused electrostatic discharge (ESD) defined 61000-4-2, electrical fast transients (EFT) 61000-4-4 effects secondary lighting. These arrays used protect discrete lines utilizing pins (1,3,4,6) with common anode (pins 2,5) configuration. SMS05 thru SMS24 product provides board level protection from static electricity other induced voltage surges that damage sensitive circuitry. These Transient Voltage Suppressor (TVS) diode arrays protect volt components such DRAM's SRAM's CMOS, HCMOS, HSIC, voltage interfaces volts.
