FEATURES Very high capacitance unit volume cost. APPLICATIONS These conformally coated radial leaded capacitors designed commercial industrial applications four dielectrics, (ultra-stable), (stable) Z5U, (general purpose). Applications include timing, coupling/decoupling, signal comparison biasing. Mono-kapcapacitors suitable automatic insertion equipment. DESCRIPTION basic capacitor construction consists ceramic dielectric materials processed into tape with typical thickness range from 0.025 0.076 Metal electrode patterns applied using thick film screening process. Multiple layers stacked laminated such manner that electrodes alternately exposed when pattern into individual chip capacitors. capacitors fired through high temperature profile mature ceramic metal into homogeneous unit.
