Harris HA-2540 wideband, very high slew rate, monolithic operational amplifier featuring superior speed bandwidth characteristics. Bipolar construction coupled with dielectric isolation allows this truly differential device deliver outstanding performance circuits where closed loop gain greater. Additionally, HA-2540 drive capability ±10V into load. Other desirable characteristics include input voltage noise, offset voltage, fast settling time. 400V/µs slew rate ensures high performance video pulse amplification circuits, while 400MHz gain-bandwidth product ideally suited wideband signal amplification. settling time 140ns also makes HA-2540 excellent selection high speed Data Acquisition Systems.
