HA-2500, HA-2502, HA-2505 comprises series operational amplifiers whose designs optimized deliver excellent slew rate, bandwidth, settling time specifications. outstanding dynamic features this internally compensated device complemented with offset voltage offset current. These dielectrically isolated amplifiers ideally suited applications such data acquisition, video, pulse conditioning circuits. Slew rates ±30V/µs 330ns (0.1%) settling time make these devices excellent components fast, accurate data acquisition pulse amplification designs. 12MHz small signal bandwidth 500kHz power bandwidth make these devices well suited video applications. With typical offset voltage plus offset trim capability 10nA offset current, HA-2500, HA-2502, HA-2505 particularly useful components signal conditioning designs. gain offset voltage figures HA-2500 series optimized internal component value changes while similar design HA-2510 series maximized slew rate.
