Description
HA-2547 monolithic, high speed, quadrant, analog multiplier constructed Harris' Dielectrically Isolated High Frequency Process. high frequency performance HA-2547 rivals best analog multipliers currently available including hybrids. single-ended current output HA-2547 100MHz signal bandwidth 22MHz control input bandwidth.
