4.43MHz Phase Locked Loop oscillating frequency 4.43Mhz crystal oscillator controlled output voltage loop filter. phase detector will lock reference signal direct burst signal. phase shifter permits recover reference signal. flip-flop driven line pulses permits generate alternative signal. Control Color Killer direct burst signal demodulated with reference signal. demodulation result used both control killer functions. demodulation result always positive, killer capacitor charged signal identified (color ON). When demodulation result always negative, killer capacitor discharged, when voltage across capacitor reaches flip-flop inhibition level, alternance signal reversed, then reference signal phase with alternative burst killer capacitor charged again. case video signal, killer voltage maintained middle voltage below color ABSOLUTE MAXIMUM RATINGS
