Huco nylon sleeve gear (NSG) couplers compact efficient units capable transmitting high level torque relative their size weight. couplers operate silently, electrically isolating maintenance free. They marginally shock absorbent easily installed confined spaces. Also directly interchangeable with some other makes. Friction between mating teeth sleeve minimised smooth surface finish. large tooth contact area also provides contact pressure, reducing stress under misalignment conditions, load distributed near centre tooth maximum strength.
