FEATURES Seven standard sizes High capacitance unit volume Supplied tape reel bulk case NiSn terminations (AgPd request). APPLICATIONS Consumer electronics, example: Tuners Television receivers Video recorders types cameras Telecommunications Automotive Data processing. DESCRIPTION capacitor consists rectangular block ceramic dielectric which number interleaved precious metal electrodes contained. This structure gives rise high capacitance unit volume. inner electrodes connected terminations, either silver palladium (AgPd) alloy ratio silver dipped with barrier layer plated nickel finally covered with layer plated (NiSn). cross section structure shown Fig.1.
