Slide rear accessories over wire bundle proper sequence re-assembly: cable clamp and/or endbell first, then ferrule, used) coupling nut. Insert individual wires through proper holes grommet. Cycle tool before inserting contact sure tool open position. Drop contact, mating first, into crimp cavity tool. Squeeze tool handle just enough grip contact without actually crimping
Select proper locator position your contact rotating locator until proper color aligned with index mark. Push locator back down until snaps into position.

Extraction Contacts
Fill unused cavities with contacts. wire hole filler must inserted into grommet behind unused contacts maintain sealing integrity connector. Check mating face connector insure that same size contacts same plane (fully inserted). not, contact fully inserted. Remove contact using proper extraction tool procedure reinsert. attempt reinsert insertion tool correct problem. Remove endbell accessories slide them back over wires. proper extraction tool from chart page mating face connector, insert tool over contact into insulator until tool bottoms. While keeping even pressure against tool, push plunger tool shaft forward with your thumb index finger. This will release contact from retention tine push toward rear connector.
