Description
J/SST201 series features leakage, very noise, cutoff voltage with low-level power supplies. J/SST201 excellent battery powered equipment current amplifiers. series, TO-226 (TO-92) plastic package, provides cost, while series, TO-236 (SOT-23) package, provides surface-mount capability. Both series available tape-and-reel automated assembly (see Packaging Information).
