Description
IPS2041(R)(L)PbF three terminal Intelligent Power Switch (IPS) that features side MOSFET with over-current, over-temperature, protection drain source active clamp. This device offers protections high reliability required harsh environments. switch provides efficient protection turning power MOSFET when temperature exceeds 165°C when drain current reaches device restarts once input cycled. serial resistance connected input provides diagnostic. avalanche capability significantly enhanced active clamp covers most inductive load demagnetizations.
