DESCRIPTION
SA5223 wide-band, low-noise transimpedance amplifier with differential outputs, incorporating optimized signal recovery wide-dynamic-range fiber optic receivers, such SONET. part also suited many other fiber optic applications general purpose gain block. SA5223 first amplifier incorporate internal loop hold capacitor, therefore, external components required. internal loop enables SA5223 effortlessly handle bursty data over range signal current, positive direction (sinking) only.
