Product Overview BCM91125E full-length evaluation board with SiByteBCM1125H MIPS processor SOC. board designed software development developing applications, which require high-performance processors. BCM91125E plugged into slot workstation server, used stand-alone device. BCM91125E comes with SDRAM soldered down, Gigabit Ethernet ports network connectivity, HyperTransport (formerly LDT) connector, Mezzanine socket connection daughter cards. Operating System Support Three operating systems provided BCM91125E:
VxWorks® with 64-bit support data. Developers need
Tornado® tools 64-bit support. BCM91125E source form available initially only from Broadcom. Linux® running 64-bit mode. Full source code available MIPS-Linux repository, with full support MontaVista (www.mvista.com). NetBSD version running 32-bit mode. Support provided Wasabi Systems (www.wasabisystems.com). Development Tools Broadcom supports toolchain cross compilation from x86/Linux® SPARC/Solarissystems. Broadcom partnered with Corelis Greenhills Software provide various options debugging access through BCM1125/H EJTAG port. Corelis provides powerful source-level debugger that works with both parallel networked Corelis probes. This adapted BCM1125/H, allows registers internal peripherals examined easily. addition, Broadcom enhanced debugger (GDB) Corelis EJTAG probes.
