double-poly process. could used single-poly process, some adjustment would required because resistivity poly would slightly different. Parts have only been evaluated ceramic packages. common mode adjust circuit require significant current move common mode voltage close either supply rail.
Application Notes
uses transistors change resistance seen amplifiers changes effective gain. However, change resistance also changes common mode voltage output, thus common mode adjust circuit required. gain range sensitive reference current also external load; differential buffer should used when driving large loads. gain control voltage function linear, monotonic, centered approximately about Vdd/2.
