This crystal oscillator designed processes. processes with Hi-R Poly, this oscillator implemented with much lower power consumption(~700nA). nominal frequency oscillation deviation from nominal frequency dependent actual crystal used size phase caps. Maximum deviation where simulated gain drops below 2V/V. Frequency/Gain simulations were performed with crystal with Q=100. higher crystal tighter deviation from nominal will data from plastic ceramic parts from same lot. Start time measured room temp with VDD=4.75V crystal with Q=70,000 phase caps 22pF. Start time dependent crystal phase caps used application. dynamic measured room temp with VDD=5.25V.
