M/A-COM's MA4EX900L-1226 silicon monolithic double balanced barrier mixer cost surface mount lead plastic MSOP package. uses M/A-COM's unique HMICsilicon/glass process achieve loss passive elements while retaining advantages barrier silicon Schottky diodes.
Applications
These mixers well suited high volume wireless cellular applications where small size repeatability required. Typical applications include frequency conversion, modulation, demodulation receivers transmitters both portable cellular base station applications.
