Millimeterwave components require careful mounting design maintain optimal performance. Alpha-2surface mount package (patent pending) provides rugged repeatable electrical connection using standard solder techniques.

Alpha-2surface mount package compatible with high-volume surface mount installation using solder. connections accomplished with metallized edge castellations that hold solder fillets.
