DESCRIPTION
66063 single channel optocoupler consists optically coupled high speed, high gain inverting detector gate. Maximum isolation achieved while providing output capable switching with propagation delays 55ns typical. 66063 hermetically sealed leadless chip carrier available standard screened versions tested customer specifications.
