SCHOTTKY BARRIER RECTIFIERS AMPERE VOLTS
Powermite devices advanced series high performance, Schottky rectifiers micro miniature, space saving surface mount package. These miniature surface mount rectifiers feature leakage very small package. Powermite package roughly smaller lower profile than existing leaded, surface mount rectifier packages slightly larger than industry standard SOT-23.
