Description
MLX90262 discrete micromachined pressure sensor suitable pressure ranges between 50mBar. protection against dirt moisture, covered with silicone gel. 90262 packaged plastic package, (BA) ordered unpackaged (UD) principle circuit piezoresistive bridge which realized silicon through special micromachine process. pressure applied bridge, differential voltage change seen across VOUT pins, while bias voltage applied VEXC pins. MLX90262 versatile pressure sensor solution which directly interfaced with other Melexis such MLX90308, which provides amplification, signal conditioning well bias current supply sensor itself.
